anyway, this guide walks you through the safest and most updated method of hacking your 3ds. i have done it three times with no issues (+on a dsi and a wii), it takes literally about 10 minutes which is shocking but awfully convenient. with a hacked 3ds, you can do all sorts of things:
-install custom apps and utilities (you can even use it as an mp3 player via ctrmus!)
-easily use customized themes on your 3ds menu via theme plaza
-GET ANY GAME YOU FREAKING WANT (I Do Not Condone Nor Do I Participate In Piracy)
